Wie we zijn

We geloven dat wanneer jongeren liefde en acceptatie ervaren, dit hun leven van binnenuit zal veranderen en een positieve invloed zal uitoefenen in hun netwerk van familie, vrienden en school. We dromen van een beweging waarin jongeren Jezus leren kennen, groeien en zich inzetten voor hun omgeving.

Youth for Christ Veenendaal is onderdeel van Youth for Christ Nederland.

Samenwerking

Om jongeren te dienen, werken we met veel lokale en landelijke partners samen. Zo werken we met zogenoemde ketenpartners, zoals hulpverleningsorganisaties, gemeente en veiligheid, en met andere jongerenwelzijnsorganisaties. Door korte lijnen is het mogelijk om samen met jongeren gesprekken aan te gaan met andere partijen, jongeren door te verwijzen of praktische hulp te bieden. Ook de kerken maken deel uit van ons netwerk, waardoor we elkaar kunnen versterken in ons bereik.

Samenwerking houdt in dat we kennis delen, elkaar praktisch helpen of partners ons financieel ondersteunen. Het betekent dat we jongeren een stem kunnen geven of helpen hun stem te uiten.
